[BUG] Edit record back button not working

In IE7, the edit record back button doesn't seem to work. Currently the back button invokes JS - and since there seem to be other IE7 JS errors, perhaps this is causing it to not work.

Seemed to be resolved when fixing other IE7 js-related issues
