Textareas should automatically grow with size of content

Add some JS to automatically resize the textarea to the size of the content (maybe with a max height).
The idea being that the textarea starts with a minimum height, and then grows as the user enters content so that no vertical scroll-bars are necessary.
(e.g., Facebook messages)
